Privacy Policy

Overview

This privacy policy describes how Clackamas Well Drilling ("we", "us") handles information collected through this website. We collect the minimum information needed to respond to your inquiries and operate the site.

Information we collect

When you contact us by phone, form, or email, we receive the details you provide — typically your name, contact information, service address, and a description of the work you need. The website itself may collect standard technical information (such as pages visited and approximate location derived from your IP address) through analytics, where enabled.

How we use information

We use your information to respond to your request and follow up about the work you asked about. When you call or submit a request, the details you provide are shared with the independent local contractor this site connects you with, who may contact you about your request and who handles scheduling and the work itself. Clackamas Well Drilling may be compensated for that referral. We may also share information with service providers who help us operate this site (for example, call-handling or analytics services), who are required to protect it.

If you do not want your details shared with a contractor, do not submit a request through this site, or contact us at hello@clackamaswelldrilling.com and we will remove your information from our records.

Cookies & analytics

If analytics are enabled on this site, they are used to understand aggregate site usage — which pages are visited and how visitors arrive. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Data retention & your choices

We keep inquiry records only as long as needed for business and legal purposes. To ask what information we hold about you, or to request deletion, contact us at hello@clackamaswelldrilling.com.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time; the current version is always available on this page.
